Issue Position

We need a new approach to state government. We teach our children the importance of civility, good manners, and the Golden Rule. Too often these lessons are ignored by elected officials that undermine good government to score cheap political points. It is my goal to:

* Rebuild trust through civil discourse.

* Refuse to engage in partisan bickering.

* Respond to the needs of our community.

There are many reasons that I want to serve our community as the next Senator of the 2nd Legislative District, but mostly I think we deserve better than what our current Senator has provided. I try to live by the motto "Lead, Follow, or get out of the way," and I am ready to Lead.
